Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 stick butter
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain pineapple and save juice.
Pour pineapple in casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top of pineapple.
Melt butter and pour over cheese.
Mix pineapple juice, sugar and flour and pour over pineapple mixture.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
