Cream Cheese Peas(Kids Recipe #4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can small green peas (undrained)
1/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
3 tsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat peas until warm.
Add butter and cubed Velveeta.
Simmer on low heat until cheese is melted.
Stir in sugar.
In a separate bowl or glass, whisk flour and milk until smooth.
Pour into peas. They will thicken very quickly.
They are good!
