Frosted Cake Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
walnut halves
1/2 c. corn meal
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. milk, scalded
1 egg, well beaten
1 peck peaches, skinned
sugar (1/2 weight of peaches)
1 qt. brandy
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
4 Tbsp. butter
1 lemon
3 sticks soft butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 sugar boxful of cake flour
6 eggs, at room temperature
2 Tbsp. vanilla (or lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter well with powdered sugar, beating in eggs 2 at a time.
Add flour and flavoring.
Bake in tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Can be served plain or with fruit.
