Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 small diced boiled potatoes
    4 slices bread, cubed (crusts removed)
    1 large onion, diced finely
    1 green pepper, diced finely
    1 large jar pimentos, diced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in a covered dish.
    May be prepared a day ahead of time and stored in refrigerator until ready to bake.
    If you do this, cook 5 to 10 minutes longer.
    Also delicious even when reheated.
