Pecan Pie(Lp) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 (8-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup and melted oleo. Add beaten eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Add pecans to syrup mixture. Mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place a sheet of wax paper over top until cool.
