Easy Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes, cooked and mashed with butter and milk
1 lb. low-fat ground beef
1 can creamed corn
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry ground beef; drain off all fat.
Put in bottom of casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add creamed corn and top with mashed potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbling hot.
Serve with a tossed salad.
