New Potatoes With Onion-Dijon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. new potatoes
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. parsley
    1 c. green onions with tops
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Shake until blended; set aside.
    Cook potatoes.
    Pour dressing on potatoes and sprinkle with onions and parsley.
    Serve warm or cold.
