Greenhouse Zucchini Nut Bread(From Costello'S Greenhouse Restaurant) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in two greased and floured loaf pans.
