Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Sift first 5 ingredients; add oil and mix.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add carrots, vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 55 minutes.
