Garden Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tarragon vinegar (I use apple cider)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 c. cut up cabbage
1 large sweet red pepper, cut up
1 large green pepper, cut up
1 onion, cut up
Preparation

I cook all together about 25 minutes.
I use 6 heads of cabbage for 6 to 7 jars.
Measure 2 cups at a time.
Add the other ingredients to match the 2 cups of cabbage.
