Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, sugar and cream of tartar.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Roll out and use in any pie recipe.
    Makes 2 single crusts or 1 double crust.
