Round Steak Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 to 5 beef bouillon cubes
    3-inches water
Preparation
    Thin slice steak.
    Roll each slice around slices of onion or green pepper.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Brown rolls in oil.
    In another pot, dissolve bouillon cubes in 3-inches of water.
    Add salt, pepper, meat and meat drippings.
    Simmer 1 hour.
