Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 small pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream and onion flakes.
    Put hash browns in 9 x 13-inch pan and spread with soup mixture.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over mixture.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over cheese, then drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
