Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 boxes frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo. Add cream of chicken soup, milk and Velveeta cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts. Fold in 3 cups cooked rice and thawed (not cooked) broccoli.
    Pour into greased shallow casserole.
    Put strips of Velveeta cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
