Salmon Loaf Majestic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Drain salmon.
Reserve liquid.
Pour milk over bread crumbs and let stand 5 minutes.
Add flaked salmon, liquid, eggs, onion, lemon juice, parsley and seasonings.
Spoon into oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm.
Unmold.
Serve plain or sauced.
Serves 4 to 6.
