Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    few grains salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat slightly 2 eggs.
    Stir in evaporated milk, water, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Pour into 4 custard cups.
    Set in shallow pan containing 1 inch of hot water. Bake about 45 minutes or until knife inserted near edge of custard comes out clean.
    Cool.
