Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes or 2 (1 lb.) cans
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
    few marshmallows
Preparation
    Mash sweet potatoes in a bowl.
    Add drained pineapple, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk.
    Stir to blend.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (until warmed through) at 350\u00b0.
    Place marshmallows on top and bake approximately 15 more minutes until marshmallows are slightly melted and golden brown.
