Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced celery
1 (27 oz.) can chopped sauerkraut, drained
1 small jar pimentos
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. shredded carrots
1 onion, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and vinegar.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Combine vegetables.
Pour hot vinegar mixture over them.
Refrigerate overnight.
