Buttermilk Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
    3/4 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender in order given.
    Blend until well mixed.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 or 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
