Smoky Peas And New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes, sliced with skin
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    6 oz. smoked cheese cubes (add to flour mixture)
    4 oz. Velveeta, cubed
    6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Cook potatoes covered in small amount boiling water about 12 minutes.
    Add peas to potatoes; cook 3 more minutes.
    Drain.
    Add flour and milk to melted margarine.
    Cook until thickened. Decrease heat.
    Add cheeses to flour mixture.
    Mix until melted. Add cheese mixture to potatoes and peas.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Crumble bacon on top.
    Serve immediately or warm in oven.
