Tuna Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. chopped cashews
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Mix 4 tablespoons parsley with remaining ingredients in bowl. Shape into a roll and chill until firm.
    Roll into the remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
