Bog Stew(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chuck stew meat (get as marbled as possible)
5 carrots
4 to 5 potatoes (add any other veggie you'd like)
3/4 c. flour
4 to 5 bouillon cubes
salt and pepper
garlic powder
minced onion
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
2 tsp. corn oil
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 or 4 large ripe (yellow) plantains
salt and black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
pinch of oregano to taste
Preparation

In a lightly greased frying pan or skillet, saute green peppers and onions until tender.
Add ground beef.
Mix in salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Stir and let simmer for five minutes.
Add tomato sauce and cook over medium fire for 10 to 15 minutes until meat is thoroughly cooked.
