Roast Shallot Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. peeled shallots
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. heavy cream
5 potatoes, peeled and sliced to 1/8 inch thickness
salt and pepper to taste
margarine or butter
paprika as desired
Preparation

Oil a shallow baking pan and place shallots in single row. Bake at 350\u00b0 under tender, approximately 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and place in blender or food processor until smooth.
Blend heavy cream into shallots in blender or processor.
