Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon, lime or raspberry Jell-O
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Drain medium size can crushed pineapple.
Bring juice to boil and dissolve Jell-O, then add ice cream to mixture.
Stir until melted.
Add pineapple and let set until firm.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
