Brussels Sprouts With Green Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. Brussels sprouts
    1 c. green grapes, seeded and halved
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean Brussels sprouts; strip off any yellow leaves and slice off ends.
    Partially cook in boiling water until not quite tender (about 5 minutes).
    Drain.
    Return well drained sprouts, grapes and 2 tablespoons butter to pan.
    Season with salt and pepper. Heat until butter is melted and sizzling.
    Pour in cream; reduce heat to low and cook sprouts until cream has almost evaporated completely, about 10 minutes.
    Dot with 1 or 2 tablespoons more butter.
