Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and rice separately.
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add soup and water.
    Add cheese and seasonings and stir until cheese is melted.
    Add rice and broccoli and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until warm.
