Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
    3 to 4 medium zucchini
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice unpeeled zucchini.
    Simmer in a little water for 3 to 6 minutes.
    In a casserole dish, combine sour cream, butter and cheese.
    Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
    Add salt, pepper and paprika.
    Add zucchini and mix gently to coat.
    Sprinkle with crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
