Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Grind up Oreo cookies in a blender and set aside.
    Mix cream cheese with butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Add Cool Whip and mix well and set aside.
    Mix vanilla pudding with milk.
    When thick, blend into the Cool Whip mixture.
    Cover the hole of a clean flowerpot with a small plastic lid.
    Alternate layers of the Oreo crumbs and cream-pudding mixture, ending with Oreo crumbs.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days.
    Prior to eating dinner, cover the stems of some cut flowers with plastic wrap and insert them into the dirt cake.
    Use as a centerpiece during dinner, then remove the flowers and enjoy.
