French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Whip together by hand and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
