Tomato Surprise("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese
    white sauce (your favorite recipe)
Preparation
    Peel and chill rounded tomatoes of even size.
    Cut in halves, scoop out centers and drop into each a raw egg.
    Dust with salt and pepper.
    Cover each with a spoonful of white sauce and then with grated cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until egg is set.
