Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    4 c. water
    pouch of 1 Tbsp. pickling spice
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, sugar, water and pickling spice.
    Drop cooked and peeled beets into boiling solution and leave until hot through and through.
    Remove beets.
    Place in jars.
    Fill jars with hot solution.
    Wipe top of jars with paper towel and seal.
