Quick Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    6 fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 slices American cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 stack Hi Ho crackers, crumbled
    1/4 stick margarine (optional)
Preparation
    Cook stalkless broccoli in small amount of water 10 or 12 minutes, just until tender.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
    Combine and add mushroom soup (undiluted).
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle with margarine.
    Bake until it cooks thoroughly. Do not overcook broccoli.
