Maeder Potaeders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed 30 minutes
    1 c. chopped onions
    16 oz. carton sour cream
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 1 cup cereal flakes or any chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
