Lemon Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 4 lemons
grated rind of 2 lemons
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
4 egg whites
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix lemon juice with water.
Beat egg yolks; add milk, sugar and butter.
When mix comes to almost a boil, add cornstarch which has been mixed with a little water.
