Basic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (without skin)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. bouquet garni
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 bouillon cube
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking dish. Add spices. Mix bouillon with 1 c. hot water and pour into baking dish. Cook chicken in slow oven 325-350\u00b0 for 1 hour. The bouillon will make the chicken very flavorful and tender. Don't have any bouquet garni? Add any spices you wish, just make sure the bouillon doesn't cover the chicken and wash away the spices.
