Pie Crust For Two Crust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Crisco
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift four and salt.
    Cut in Crisco until coarse like corn meal. Sprinkle water and vinegar over until it holds pastry together.
    It may not take 6 tablespoons of water.
    Form into two balls.
    Roll out to fit pie tin.
    Put in filling and roll out the other ball to fit the top.
    Cut air holes in top to let out steam.
    Cut excess dough that hangs over pan.
    Pinch both crusts together.
    Wash the top with little milk.
    Makes it brown nice and shiny.
