Fresh Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil peppers in salt water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and cool slightly.
    Cook beef and onion until brown.
    Mix all ingredients together and stuff peppers.
    Bake in greased casserole dish at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 5 servings.
    Serve with salad and garlic bread for a real good meal.
