Molasses Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. molasses
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    2 c. flour
    applesauce
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients and roll out on a biscuit sheet until stiff; cut in four parts.
    Press into 8-inch cake pan.
    Makes four thin layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Spread applesauce between each layer.
