Easy Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3-4 lb. chuck roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
A-1 sauce
Preparation

Pour enough A-1 sauce over meat to lightly cover it. Sprinkle dry soup mix over meat and add can of soup. Put in heavy duty foil and wrap tightly on all ends and sides. Bake in an open roaster at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
