Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 to 2 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir together sugar and oil.
    Beat in egg.
    Add 1 cup sour milk (you can make sour milk by adding 1 tablespoon vinegar with 1 cup sweet milk; let set 5 minutes).
    Sift 2 cups flour and baking soda on top of mixture.
    Put 1/2 to 2 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb with flour.
    Then stir everything together.
    pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cake with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to make a coating before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
