Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, cut in small cubes
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    8 slices cooked bacon
    1/2 c. onion, diced
Preparation
    In large soup pan saute bacon, onion and celery until tender. Add cubed potatoes; cover with water and boil until potatoes are tender.
    Drain water until it covers potatoes.
    Add can of evaporated milk and butter.
    Mash potatoes and warm soup.
    Serve hot.
