Mornay Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Stir in flour, salt and cayenne.
Cook for
1 minute.
Remove.
Stir in milk until mixture is smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick.
Add cheese.
