Cherry Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Sift together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Mix in margarine as for pie crust.
Take out one cup of this mixture for topping.
To remainder, add the eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend well and spread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Spread fruit filling gently over batter and top with reserved crumbs.
