Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large mixing bowl; set aside.
    Cream shortening gradually adding 1 cup sugar; add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
    Add flour alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
    Add vanilla and mix until well blended.
