Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white Shoe Peg corn, well drained
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. red onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix in another bowl the remaining 4 ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Toss and refrigerate. Drain before serving.
