Nutty Shrimp - cooking recipe

1 lb. large shrimp
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 large egg
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Peel, devein and butterfly 1 pound large shrimp.
Combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large plastic bag.
Add shrimp and shake to coat.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sliced almonds in a jelly roll pan.
