Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 c. carrots (8), grated
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Slowly beat in oil.
    Gradually add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon that have already been mixed together.
    Mix in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into 3 greased 8-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
