Chicken Frangelica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (5 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 oz. Frangelica liqueur
    1 oz. brandy
    4 oz. heavy cream
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1/2 Tbsp. shallots
Preparation
    Saute chicken breasts.
    Add Frangelica and brandy.
    Slowly stir in cream.
    Add mushrooms and shallots.
    Simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
    Rice pilaf makes a nice accompaniment to this dish. Also, stir-fried, julienned, fresh vegetables.
