Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. solid shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. nuts
1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, beating very well after each egg is added.
Stir in mashed bananas.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into loaf pan that has been greased.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
I use this to make mini muffins, also.
