Marinated London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne
1 c. corn oil
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
few drops Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Slice garlic into large shallow pan.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended.
Place steak in pan and pour sauce over it.
Let stand at least 3 hours or overnight.
Grill.
